Ready to Ship Wigs

Our ready to ship wigs are sent via Next Day Delivery within the UK once dispatched.

Please note that while we always aim to send these orders as quickly as possible, they may not always be shipped on the same day of purchase. All ready to ship orders will be dispatched as soon as possible during the week of purchase.

If you require your wig to arrive by a specific date, please message us using the chat feature on our website before placing your order to confirm availability and dispatch timing.

Custom Orders

Custom wig orders are made especially for you and require a 4–6 week processing time before shipping. This allows us to create your wig to the highest standard of quality and precision. Once your custom wig is ready, it will be shipped using your selected delivery method.

International Orders

We are pleased to offer international shipping. Please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply once your order reaches your country.

These charges are not paid to The Lace Label and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees, as they are determined by your country’s customs office.

If you choose to return your order, any customs or import fees previously paid will not be refunded, as these are not collected or managed by us.
