  • Yes, if you order a custom wig we can customise the length, density and wig cap.
  • Yes, if you would like your wig styled please leave the styling notes on your order. If you do not leave these, your wig will be sent to you straight.
  • Yes, as long as the lace has not been cut and the wig is unworn, in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
  • No, once the lace has been cut, the wig is no longer eligible for return.

  • Yes. Our wigs are designed to make the wig-wearing experience as simple as possible, making them a great option whether you’re completely new to wigs or already wear them regularly.
  • Our custom wigs are made to order based on your selected length, cap size, density and styling preferences. Ready-to-ship wigs have already been made and are available without the custom production time.
  • Custom wigs currently take approximately 4–6 weeks to be completed and shipped. You’ll receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
