Ready to Ship Wigs
Our ready to ship wigs are sent via Next Day Delivery within the UK once dispatched.
While we always aim to dispatch these orders as quickly as possible, please note:
• Orders may not always be shipped on the same day they are placed
• All ready to ship orders will be dispatched as soon as possible during the week of purchase
If you require your wig to arrive by a specific date, please contact us via the website chat before placing your order so we can confirm availability and dispatch timing.

Custom Orders
Custom wigs are made especially for you and require a 4–6 week processing time before shipping.
This timeframe allows us to create your wig to the highest standard of quality and precision. Once your custom order is complete, it will be shipped using your selected delivery method.
Please note that custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

International Orders
We are happy to offer international shipping.
Please be aware that:
• Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be charged once your order reaches your country
• These charges are not paid to or controlled by The Lace Label and are the responsibility of the customer
If you choose to return an international order:
• Any customs fees or import taxes already paid will not be refunded
If you wish to return your wig to us, please be advised that any import fees and taxes, as well as shipping will need to be covered by the customer.
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Payment of these fees is required in order for your wig to be released and delivered. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost.

Returns Policy
We accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Returns Eligibility
We no longer offer lace cutting.
To be eligible for a return:
• The wig must be in its original, unworn condition
• All original packaging and tags must be intact
• The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

How to Return
1. Contact us at thelacelabel1@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation.
2. Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions.
3. The item must be returned to us within 14 calendar days of your return being approved.

Return Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days
