Cinnamon Wig

All of our wigs are custom made to order, crafted with care and attention to detail. Please allow 4–6 weeks for your wig to be completed and shipped. You will receive an email when your wig has been shipped. All wigs are shipped with Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery service.

We understand that everyone’s needs are different, which is why we offer a range of customisation options. When placing your order, you can choose:

• Whether you’d like us to cut the lace off the wig before delivery.

• Your preferred style: pin curls, straight, wavy or straight with flicked ends.

• If you’d like layers added for extra dimension and movement.

Please send us a message on the chat feature of the website after placing your order if you would like any of the above done to the wig and we can get this sorted for you!

If no you do not contact us about styling the wig then the lace will be left on the wig, no layers will be added and it will arrive wavy.

Please note:

• 20% VAT will be added at checkout, on top of the final cost of your wig. However, if you suffer from medical hair loss (for example due to alopecia, chemotherapy etc) you may be eligible for 0% VAT - for more information on this, and how to apply for 0% VAT at the checkout, please see our VAT exemption for medical hair loss page.
• Colours may appear slightly different in person compared to photos on the website due to lighting, screen variations, and angles. As each wig is hand coloured, slight variations are natural and part of what makes your piece.
